The atmosphere is in this store is wonderful! Merging a beautiful unusual plant store with a great coffee store was brilliant! I walked into this lovely store and was met by Rhys's big smile. She is so much fun, and very knowledgeable. We shopped, we laughed, I left with lots of amazing plants and in a great mood. I plan to visit 108 Vine every time I'm in town. Whoever chooses plants for this store deserves a reward, and Rhys is definitely the first person I hope to see again.

Super awesome spot for gifts and especially drinks! Ruby made me an amazing shortbread latte that I think about at least once a day. 10/10 would recommend.

To be honest I was just trying to check out a different coffee shop. But when I walked in I was filled with so much glee. It's not just a coffee shop. They sell plants and locally made items. The copy is great. I had a banana bread latte which was delicious. I really enjoyed these strawberry chocolate chip muffin which was really ridiculously good. I couldn't help myself and bought a few more items as well. The owner is very engaging and sweet. This place has a great vibe. I had no idea it was here but I plan to come back to this local gem. ❤️

I love everything about 108 Vine and Plantstay. As soon as they opened, they became my family’s go-to for gifts and for when we just wanted to hang at a cool spot for a while. The employees are the best and the way the owner supports local artists is incredible and so vital to the Gainesville community.

Absolutely lovely collection of gifts and plants. Items are curated and often locally made, ranging from seasonal decorations to candles and jewelry. I’m not a plant person but they obviously care a lot about greenery, too, and have great sales and events throughout the year. I also love to pop by for a cold brew after working out at GHF.

This is a cute little shop perfect for shopping local. Neph is such a sweet soul, so welcoming and helpful. I don’t live in Gainesville anymore, but when I am town I love to visit and grab a treat especially the lemon blueberry muffin and agua viva! Would recommend!

My favorite coffee and gift shop in GNV! Everyone is always so friendly, and there’s always something new to find in the shop. The homemade syrups really make their coffee unique! And Stacy’s coffee is always on point when she makes it! But really the coffee is always so good! I just love the vibe here.

Tldr: Great spot to shop for plants and knick-knacks and get a coffee or tea; vibes are friendly and chill, staff is great! I love, love, love this place! The plants really lend a fresh, living, and gentle energy to the vintage vibes, making it a great place to chill for a bit with one of their brews and a pastry! My personal favorite parts are the witchy and stationary areas, though Rhys (the best plant guy!) makes the substantial plant area (Plantstay) a delight to peruse and a close 2nd place!

Really cute plant/gift/coffee shop. I came in for coffee but ended up shopping. I was just scouting it out for the first time myself but the vibe is “great place to shop with friends and then catch up over coffee”. The register at the coffee shop was down and no menus were out in that area (and the pastries were not labeled) so I didn’t get any food like I had planned to and ordering was kind of awkward. I ordered 2 drinks based on the lady at the counter’s recommendations and they were both excellent. I’m definitely going to go again and hopefully it was just an off day and their normal setup for ordering from the coffee area is a bit less confusing.

This place deserves a Michelin star. Whether you are a Gainesville resident or just passing through, 108 Vine is a must see. I have been coming here regularly for the past few years and felt genuine guilt when I realized I had not reviewed this place yet. From plants to gifts and trinkets to coffee, this place has something for everyone. The coffee menu is seasonal and always rotating which keeps things fresh as they make the syrups and flavorings in-house. It's one of the few shops I've seen that dedicates itself to quality over quantity. Make sure to get a cold foam with your preferred seasonal syrup. The wait for your coffee is always pleasant as well due to the wide variety of plants, art, and merchandise you can browse to pass the time. The staff is always excellent no matter what time of day you visit. Stasi, Mariah, Ruby, Neph, Ashley, and Jen are always incredible, patient and kind. They make this place my third space and my favorite local business. They also host workshops, events, and block parties with seasonal and limited menus all in support of the community and local artists. I cannot praise them enough for what they have done to create such an accepting and welcoming space for community, culture, and coffee.
